Critical reviews of golf science and biomechanics literature

This section is in preparation. No completed reviews are available yet. When published, each review will examine scientific foundations, biomechanical insights, historical significance, and relevance to the AffineDrift framework for a key text in golf science, biomechanics, or control theory.

Books under consideration for future review include The Search for the Perfect Golf Swing (Cochran & Stobbs, 1968), The Physics of Golf (A. Raymond Penner, 2003), and Underactuated Robotics (Russ Tedrake, MIT OpenCourseWare). No review text exists for any of these yet.

Reading Path

For curated book recommendations (with Amazon links and previews) rather than full reviews, see the Reference Books resource page. The review section here is for critical analysis of how each text's claims relate to the AffineDrift framework.
